My dog is temperamental and they dealt with him with compassion. All the assistants were great, The surgeon I was not happy with. I asked specifically to tell me what x-rays showed and to call me before doing the surgery. He assured me several times. He never did. He did not listen to my concerns or to put me at ease, He talked to me the next day but never apologized or acknowledged my concerns. Other than that, the rest of the staff was great. The vet who originally attended to my dog was great as well.
