EAST LANSING HOT YOGA offers a series of yoga postures along with a flow and breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating, and joyful yoga experience.
During our sixty, seventy five, and ninety minute classes, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and internal organ in the body, giving you an incredible sense of radiant health and well-being.
