We had a great experience with Easy Automotive. We questioned being charged for two hours of diagnostic up front originally as we have never been asked to pay at the dealership or anywhere we've taken our car before, but it ended up fine. They only charged us for the actual time it took, which was 1/2 hour and they fixed little odds and ends in that time as well. Because it was our first experience it worried us a bit and we just hoped they would be honest. I truly believe they were. While my car is not fixed, we will bring back on Tuesday after the holiday, suggested by Mark, so my car would not be down the whole long weekend sitting at their shop. I thought that was thoughtful too. So far, so good!! Appreciate honesty and good business practice and if keeps going well, I would highly recommend!!
