Hi, I’ve been to Eau a million times. I’m not sure what happened, but it took forever for the woman to appear to take me to the dressing room. I know the way, so I could have just gone there myself but everyone insisted that I must be shown to the dressing room. If that is the rule, then she should be available and have back ups when she is on break or whatever. There were, at least, three other people from Eau standing around near the wishing pond but I had to wait for this special person who was MIA.
