Whole Body Vibration is one of several services that we provide that contribute to your well being. It is a comprehensive wellness program where ten minutes of Whole Body Vibration is equal to one hour of exercise. The benefits are extensive especially when complemented with our other programs and services!

I enjoyed working with Winnie (Ideal Protein Coach) to lose 15 pounds. I had previously lost 30 pounds and found that I was regaining the weight. Winnie taught me (in a more effective long term way) to lose the weight and strategies to keep it off. Winnie is a great person and ultimately a great coach. Friendly,efficient front desk.
Short of supplies so need to make second trip that would not be necessary if properly supplied.

Ideal protein food supply terrible low. Always out of things.they are always out of bbq crisps and salt vinegar even days after their order comes in! Who does the ordering??? Ive gone there before and come out empty handed because they "didnt have any in stock". R u kidding me? Its not rocket science to know what your clients go theough in a week. Any other lication will be better than this one, unfortunately. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED.

I just joined the Ideal protein Program one week ago with a goal to lose 40lbs. Imagine my shock after one week learning that I had lost a total of 12.5 lbs. Sheila has made the program interesting and motivated me to stick with it. So far this has exceeded all expectations and I feel really good.
