I paid for 2 mowing services and the second one was a week and half late. I was told that there was a mix-up with the billing and that the company was not aware that I had paid for 2 cuttings and they would get to me as soon as possible. When I was finally told that they would be here on a Tuesday, which was over a week later than I had originally thought/planned, they did not show up until Wed with no call to tell me otherwise. No apology for the mixup or to followup to make sure that everything was taken care of. I'm not hard to schedule around, but communication was certainly lacking on their part.
