The reason why i didnt went back it was because, there was a luck of help, they just basically prescribed me pills, with only looking at my face, they didn't ask me questions. They were just like we see you in 3 months. At least they could've smile, but I just decided not to go back.
The PA I saw did not even know why I was following up even though he was the one that recommended I follow up 3 months after mole removal and keloid scar injections. I had to tell him. In addition I had a small cyst I wanted him to look remove and he proceeds to tell me those have to be scheduled at the end of the day or beginning (it was the end of the day). Frankly I felt as though he just did not want to do it. All and all the PA spent maybe 3 minutes with me total after being 30-40 minutes late for the appointment. I thought it was a huge waste of my $35 co-pay considering it was an unnecessary visit and I seemed unimportant to the PA. I will be looking for a new dermatologist as a result of this poor care, attention, and what seemed like a money grab on behalf of the practice.
