The stylist was professional, however, the actual service was rushed, and my lashes were not full and replenish. I expect more for the price paid.

Anytime I need eyelash extensions I would definitely go back to Epique Lash Spa. They really care about your experience and want you to be happy with their service.

She was wonderful very professional very polite and very gentle .... The room was clean and over all it was just amazing Experience and I love my lashes I will be returning to that location and to her to do my lashes again

staff is extremely rude, my tech sent me home once I made it into the lash studio (after I waited in lobby for 20 minutes) saying I had make up on, when I didn't have any make up. I asked her if I could wash my eyes out in bathroom with soap and she said no she couldn't see me. I was disappointed in the experience from the unwelcoming greeting to the absolutely rudeness. All of this after I had to reschedule an appointment to a different location because I showed up 4 minutes late to my first appt that day (because I get held up of a train, totally beyond my control). I tried to call the location letting them know I was a few min late and they didn't even answer the phone. When I walked in 4 min late, I informed that I call and she said sorry can't see you, you're late.

Horrible. Dissapointed. Disillusioned with Epique. I don't ever leave lenghty detailed reviews like this but people reading the reviews (either management or potential customer) need to know what is happening at this studio.
