Gift Cards/Certificates: You may purchase gift cards or certificates at any of our locations. Per our company policy all gift purchases expire 12 months after their issue date unless otherwise stated on the card or certificate.
Cancellation Policy: In order to accommodate all patients, we require a credit card number at the time of booking your appointment and at least one business day for notification of changes and/or cancellations. Inadequate notification will result with a $25 fee per person per service or the price of the service. Thank you.
