The outcome was great I got good hair cut and highlights however the customer service was lacking. Everybody had ask me if I am from el dorado hills rather than how I am doing or anything else; it made me feel like that if I would not be they will kick me out. Also it took too long to do just hair cut and highlights; I was there for 4.5 hours.

We are glad to hear that you love the outcome of your hair. Yes we do take our time to keep the integrity of your hair and to make sure we get the outcome you want. I'm a little surprise the staff didn't check on you. As you can see from our other reviews that's not how we usually operate. I do apologize for that. As for the questions about living in EDH, we are always curious as to how customers heard about us and how far they are driving from. Incase you didn't know most of our staff do not live in EDH, so we definitely don't mind when our clients don't either. It's actually a compliment that people from other cities are willing to drive to us. Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you. Salon Etcetera
