The girls doing the actual waxing are great. The girls at the front desk, not so great. Not friendly at all. Never a smile. Not engaging.

The only thing I don't like them to do is trim - they tend to compulsively overtrim if your eyebrows are really full. From a distance it sometimes looks like a gap from where the trimming has thinned out the brow.

European Wax Center is great! I especially love Lindsay at Desert Ridge. I wont see anyone else. I used to get lazer hair removal. Waxing is much less painful and the re-growth is less! I gave them 4.5 instead of 5 stars because there seems to be a lot of turn over of appointment setters and they often seem disorganized and untrained.
