Jetta TDI required 90K check-up. Everything that would be done and cost was explained up-front. Everything was done. Tires required replacement. That drove the bill well above estimate, as would be expected. Runs like a top afterward. It was in-the-shop a day-and-a-half longer than anticipated due to the tire replacement. Loaner was free. Terrific service. They kept me in-the-loop every step of the way.

Short story: another great service visit with EuroWerks. Brought my car in for routine maintenance (oil, coolant fill, etc). By coincidence, a solid check engine light had popped up just a few days before I made the appt, so I asked them to resolve that, too.

I have my own "VAG" reader, which indicated the dashboard light was due to a fault related to the turbocharger. EuroWerks checked it out, and determined a replacement was the best option. The service tech, Emad, and I were able to locate new OEM part from a well-known quality supplier out-of-state, at a very good price. Everything was ordered, installed, and fixed within the quoted timeframe and cost -- no surprises.

I was helped by Emad, Yvette, and Elena on this visit. All were very friendly and professional.

I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs, and will continue going to EuroWerks.

I was pleased with the check-in process, including loaner process and review of my needs.

I was also very pleased to hear that a more accurate determination was given concerning my brakes (not as bad as I was notified by the dealer), and for this I value the input and information from the team at Euroworks.

I note that a lot of reliance is placed upon CarFAX, and while it appears that my Audi Dealers that I used have not updated CarFAX as often as they should, I have records of my service, and I am happy to share that information.

The transmission service that was performed on my vehicle has had a noticeable improvement on performance, so THANK YOU!

Easy process from booking to pickup. Staff are communicative. I really like that they give you an estimate of the work prior to bringing the car in. Then they’ll send you another estimate of recommended work if they find anything wrong with your car. Loved that they had a loaner ready as they worked on the car as well.
