terrible service. Their was a computer outage towards the end of the day. The manager was dealing with IT on speaker phone so those of us in the waiting room could hear the fact that no corporate management was answering phones due to the holiday weekend, leaving us stranded with out our vehicles. I feel I was overcharged but no receipt was offered to me and I needed to leave immediately to tend to my disabled child, which I had told the manager about. To which he replied, "not my problem"
