Stylist was booked too many appointments and as such it felt more like I was in an assembly line being passed from person to person to have my hair done.
This felt impersonal and made me feel like I was 'just a number'
While the people are friendly, it was not a good feeling that my stylist was unable to style my hair because she had too many customers to attend to.
This is not a reflection of the staff, as they generally do a good job and have wonderful work ethics and personalities. They are also professional, kind, and personable.
While I'll return for a haircut, I don't feel like I'd want to return for additional services at this salon. I'm sorry to see my favorite salon sacrificing quality over quantity. Perhaps some additional stylists need to be hired to accommodate the busy weekends.
