With the author choosing to remain anonymous we are left with the nagging questions of who wrote it and why. With our efforts to develop a strong online reputation an anonymous complaint is difficult to address. With that said, home improvements can unlock numerous unforeseen expenses to a homeowner when executing a project. For example dampness can expose mold or opening a wall can expose hidden mechanicals. We strive to keep an open line of communication with our customers as well as deliver a finished satisfactory product within their budget and time frame.

We understand the disappointment you must have felt when your rental property's original carpet was discontinued and an alternate needed to be selected. With our installer having over 20 years experience in the industry, full trust was put into him to match the replacement to the best of our ability. We are glad that you chose to accept our initial recommendation (when estimating) and replace the additional worn adjacent section of carpet. We recognize that this additional section was not in your original budget and we were happy to discount the area down to our contractors pricing as a mutual resolution.
