Executive Touch Cleaning Service did a superb job of cleaning my house. It was the first deep-down cleaning so I knew that they were going to clean thoroughly... but I was still amazed that they clean EVERYTHING . For several days afterwards I would notice things that were sparkling that I never expected them to clean. The best thing was how CLEAN my maser shower was. I thought it was a lost cause, but they did a GREAT job and it looks great. I have used other cleaning services but this one is the best BY FAR! I would highly recommend to friends and family alike. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Please do not hesitate to give them a call.
Thank you so very much for sharing your experience. We also love that our Deep Clean is an experience for the senses. As you walk into your home we want your nose to be the first to report back that the air molecules have changed, then your whole body should begin to experience what your nose is telling you and lastly your eyes can confirm the clean. We want our service to be an out of body experience that requires you be seated to enjoy it safely; crisp, clean, effortless, dust free utopia. Ahhhhhhhh.

While breakage happens in less than 1% of our services, it never feels that way when it happens to you. John we are so sorry you were upset by our pricing. "Per man hour" is not used in very many industries anymore and can be confusing. Each staff we send to your home has to be paid and our hourly rate covers that cost. I am so sorry you felt that 8 hours of service would be completed by one person. Had that been the case we would have been in your home all day long working and that would not have been very efficient. One person is prone to tire quickly, starting the service off well and then missing things as they tire. We don't discuss how many staff will arrive, because that is determined by availability on day of service, but the minimum is always two staff. More staff are more efficient because they can finish faster without tiring. Additional time was needed for your service because your new house used to have a dog living there and you wanted us to remove all traces of the dog. As I explained to you during your home visit, this would require us to wash walls, hand wipe blinds, and change water frequently, possibly requiring more time. When you contacted us about the pricing and mentioned the areas missed, we offered to send a staff out to address the areas, but you said you had already taken care of them. Hopefully your explanation of the pricing will help others and we will definitely try to be more diligent about explaining by the hour pricing. Thank you.
