I had a great experience and will definitely be back. I've had dry eyes for several years, and it was nice to finally see a doctor who has experience with dry eye, instead of being told to "use more eye drops." The front desk staff, optometrist assistant, and Dr. P were all wonderful, patient, and super pleasant. I like that this office offers appointments prior to 8 AM. Even though I was 3 minutes late arriving (Sorry - was wandering around the wrong building), they still brought me back immediately and started all of the pre-exam tests and had me fill out paperwork in-between. It was pretty seamless, and I wasn't waiting anywhere for longer than a few minutes at a time. I didn't feel rushed and no one expressed annoyance at my tardiness. I appreciate that the technology in the office is up-to-date. I have no clue what the machines are called, but there is no air-puff-in-your-eye machine, and you can pay $40 extra (the cost might vary depending on your insurance) to have an eye test that replaces the eye dilation drops. 10/10 would have my eyes examined here again.
