I appreciate the opportunity to relate to you my concerns. I had quit going to your business after the troubles and arrogance experienced from your desk staff well over a year ago back. I had attempted yet another visit last week because of what I interpreted as a potential urgent/emergency need. Yet again, the phone/desk staff was haughty, uncarring, slightly sarcastic and rude. If you want to encourage and build business, you need professional and caring staff in that position, yet this seems to be a continuing problem that does not encourage me nor my entire family to ever return to your business. Additionally, when my wife went in for an eye exam a few weeks ago, she experienced exactly the same callousness and rudeness at the front counter and complained to me when she got home.
Needless to say you have very likely lost my entire family as customers of your business because of this kind of treatment. These people at the desk are the face of your business, and that face has a very nasty black eye.
