Waiting time is still very long. My appointment never starts on time. I waited for long time to see Dr. Henderson after I saw the technician.
The technician was not knowledgeable about gas-permeable contact lens solution and cleaner. I understand that there are few people who use hard contact lenses these days, but a staff in an eye doctor's office should know.
The receptionist asked me for my photo ID and insurance card to update the file, which I understand is a normal procedure. She didn't give it back to me for a while; in the meantime, she was chatting with her co-workers. Finally I asked her if I can get them back. They were placed right in front of her. She gave it back to me without apologizing me about the delay. She is very friendly and nice, she didn't handle her customer professionally.
Other than that, my experience was good.
