Dr. B was amazing , the gentleman helping me with my glasses also amazing. He was kind and helped me figure out my insurance eligibility. The older woman who was working the front desk of the eye doctor, was rude condescending and lazy. I told her when she called me prior to my appointment that I didn't have bcbs. I gave her my correct insurance information and yet when I came for my appointment oddly she didn't have any of my eligibility.
I called my Carrier asked who did my vision was given a phone number for my vision carrier. A rep there gave me my ID and benefit information. As I was speaking with the gentleman helping me with my glasses she comes rushing out asking me if I got my information took my ID number and left.
She did not say excuse me for interrupting, may I get the insurance information, thank you or I am sorry I am so incompetent I couldn't get the information myself.
Two phone calls she couldn't be bothered to make two phone calls.
All things considered I would go back to see the Dr. again knowing that I will have to question everything that comes from the front desk of the Dr. Office.
I will definitely come back to get future glasses in the optical department. I was treated with kindness and respect.
