The staff are courteous and pleasant on the phone. I did not choose this clinic because of their phone skills. I choose this Vet because of their interaction and empathy to my pets, I cannot witness that now. This brings up the issue of not allowing us to come in with our pets for visits. I believe this should have rectified months ago. I cannot describe in enough detail to the technician what is going on with my dog when they come in for a visit.
