The service and care is excellent. This visit was very frustrating because of overbooking. I was went in for an office procedure early in the morning (8:00). I was told I would be finished and out of the office no later than 8:45. I was not taken to an exam room until 8:30 and when zi was moved to the procedure room, I had to wait 25 minutes for the doctor. Instead of being out and on my way to work before 9 am, I was done at 9:30.
