Crazy as it sounds for a gal over a certain age, but this was my first real eye exam. I was so impressed with this team. Dr. Daniels took time to not only do a complete exam, but also to explain the results and photos. Suzanne, with her bubbly self, showed me so many flattering styles and colors in frames that I wanted them all! The staff bantered around like they really enjoy the workplace. It was actually a fun visit.

Best staff I've ever met period!!! They were more than helpful, they were respectful, and they all were smiling and full of life, and joy... I would recommend them to Jesus if start having eye problems Lol... I just found my new Eye Doctor.. 1-10 not even good enough should be 100-1000, they'll get uh 1000 everyday all day from me, Thanks guys..

Outstanding service. Walked in to schedule an appointment to have adjustments made to my glasses. The staff worked me in around scheduled appointments, adjusted 2 of my eyeglasses, and simultaneously filled my prescription for a 3rd with polarized progressive lenses. Hope to pick that pair up in two to three weeks.

By the way, I went to Eyes on the Lake after reading an internet review, as one of their competitors had previously advised me that they were unable to repair or replace the lenses for two of the glasses I had previously purchased from them. The staff at Eyes informed me that my frames were in fine condition, could be adjusted, and the lenses could be replaced. The service they provided was fraction of what it would have cost for new glasses.

The staff is friendly and professional, understand customer service, and work extremely well together. As far as I'm concerned, the Eyes have it... Highly recommended!
