We appreciate your review and hate that you had an unpleasant experience. We always strive to make our patients dental visit as pleasant as possible. To make sure we are being thorough, when a new patient comes to our practice, we do a Full Mouth Series of radiographs, which is 18 pictures. This allows us to see all areas of your teeth and bone. Depending on age, you may receive a Panoramic radiograph, which allows us to observe wisdom teeth areas if needed. Our hygienist try to make your cleaning as comfortable as possible and do not intentionally want to cause pain while working. At times, there can be several factors that can cause you to be uncomfortable such as, build up, calculus and gum inflammation. If any of these factors are present you can experience bleeding while being cleaned. If there is history of moderate plaque, then it is possible once a cleaning has been completed, plaque can re-accumulate on teeth within minutes. Again, we apologize your visit wasn?t pleasant, and we will continue to strive to make others have a more pleasant experience.

It was an amazing experience. I received a facial, dermaplane to remove the dead skin, and a chemical peel from Anna. She was so talented and personable. The chemical peel was a little spicy feeling but she gave me a hand held fan to ease the feeling. It helped tremendously. I received botox from Kelly in the 11's area, around the eyes and a little in my forehead. She did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with the results. I will continue my appointments, to keep my face looking 30. Angela at the front desk was amazing. She did everything to help me with my product price, my credits and getting me set up on Brilliant Distinction. She was so much help and so friendly, to see and communicate with at first entrance.
