As much as I've always been happy with Family Eyecare of Glendale, this "first time emergency" that I had was handled fast/professionally, and "returned my eyesight" while my eyes healed. The cornea's were badly scratched from having my eyes taped shut during a medical procedure where I was sedated. Dr. Kaplan took me without an appointment and in less than 15 min. found the problem and "restored my sight." I arrived in a wheelchair & couldn't open my eyes to see anything as they were "burning." I left 1/2 hour later walking out the door with sunglasses on and vision restored.

Dr. Lewis is always wonderful and so is the staff. They make everyone feel welcomed. Very knowledgeable and explains everything well.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Lee explained everything in very clear detail. There was very little waiting time to be seen and we moved through all of the different parts of the exam like clockwork.
When choosing glasses, J. J. assisted us, and she was wonderful. She was super helpful and listened to what we wanted.
Our first visit was great, and I think we will be very well taken care of in the future.
