The only person that I really enjoyed dealing with was my optician because she was sweet and helpful. There was also the initial man who gave me the exam it was also very thorough and explained everything. The doctor did a good job on examining my eyes. Those were all great things. Where they fail is they tried to get extra money in the consultant process. They need to do a better job of explaining insurance benefits and what would be better for the customer. I had difficulty finding a nice set of frames that I really like so they need to increase their frame selection. And through my difficulty the manager and another girl were rude to me. They actually called me special which I took offense to. I could deal with not finding the right set of frames but I don't like rude people. I actually had to call back and talk to my optician again and I heard the women in the background trying to get her off the phone and I found that route as well. My optician was always polite no matter what happened. And all I wouldn't recommend this because I had a mixed experience that should have been good overall if they would have been more polite. They also need to work on their pricing and frame selection.
