Came in for routine cleaning and could not get one...apparently because I did not want to do a deep cleaning. A complete waist of my time and yours. Staff was friendly and informative, however, would not provide the level of service I was after.

We strive to provide ethical and caring treatment with an accurate diagnosis with all clinical documentation necessary to confirm. The providers at Forney Family Dentistry will diagnosis, educate, and give options to the patient based on each patients dental health. Unfortunately a diagnosis of active infection legally prevents us from providing subpar treatment that does not address the state of health of our patients. Our goal is to always make our patients visit pleasant, happy and comfortable within the boundaries of ethical and legal practice. We understand our patients desire to receive a ?regular cleaning? is preferred by all parties including us but unfortunately when a patient does not have the healthy bone levels and tissue attachment necessary to accommodate this request we can not legally and ethically do so. We always want to ensure our patients understand the reasoning behind
their diagnosis and we would be happy to provide any time necessary to review and answer questions for our patients.

This was my first visit to Forney Family Dentistry. At first, it did not start out well as I had a 30 minute wait before I was finally called back. But Minh, my hygienist, made up for it when she took time and precision to care for my teeth! I would've given 5 stars had it not been for the wait, hopefully that won't be the pattern with future appointments!
