I guess this is applicable if you are referring to Heartland vision.

This review is a bit harsh however very accurate from my point of view. I use heartland for my safety glasses for work only because they are the contracted provider. There is virtually no assistance provided when trying to choose a frame for work. Last yr, I had to go ask for help twice. I have a wider head and sometimes find it difficult to find a frame that fits. When I asked, I was told that the frames on display could not be ordered in different widths. Maybe that is so but, I feel as though I'm treated with almost a rude indifference. The only thing I will probably ever do there is my work glasses. I don't see myself spending any personal funds there. I will sho elsewhere. Maybe send a mystery shopper in for just work provided glasses and confirm my review?? I was told three weeks for my glasses to come in. On the date of the third week I went in and was told no order existed. They put a RUSH order in. We will see what happens in two weeks if I actually get my glasses finally. I am not happy that my credit card information is written down on a piece of paper that who knows who all will see my personal information. Will I actually, finally get my glasses is the question?
