I thought the ease of online scheduling is supposed to be convenient, right? Not true with For Yout Eyes Only. I was given one time slot and three different days to choose from-based on the calendar provided. A short time later I received a voicemail telling me that the time and days I provided were unavailable. Once I had time in my busy schedule to return the phone call, I was told that there were openings a few days before the first "available " day on the online calendar. Thankfully that day/time fit into my schedule! If you are going to provide online scheduling for your patients PLEASE HAVE IT BE UP TO DATE.
I saw Dr. Scott who was amazing. Not only did he want to address any problems I might be having but he also wanted to get to know me as a person. Unfortunately I felt the rest of the staff didn't share that same value.
Before seeing Dr Scott, a young woman took me back to do a few simple tests. Unfortunately, based on her instructions, I was unable to see the green dot at first. Once I was able to see it, she said that we are going to move to a different room as I wasn't positioned right. We tried it again with no luck, and then she ended the test. She then used her fingers to randomly flash numbers at me with each eye closed. Is the point to see the green dot or to frustrate your patient?
On the plus side, For Your Eyes Only is in a great location and Dr Scott is amazing. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same about the rest of the staff.
