I had a full service done on my truck, I asked to have the tires rotated because I could not remember how long it had been since this was done. The guys art=t the counter no longer put the info on the invoices like they used to so I don't have a record of when it was done last. They did not put the tire rotation on my invoice this time as well. My husband took the truck in to get the tires retrocede and the guy in the shop says to him, "you should get your tires rotated" my husband of course was very shocked and says we were supposed to have had it done. Hubby goes inside to talk to the guys, no record on the invoice, the guy behind the counter says yep we did it, gets a different guy in the shop to verify he did it. Now hubby is mad, doesn't believe them, thinks they are just covering their asses. Now we are not sure if the tires were even rotated. Not up to the usual standard we have become accustomed to. All work done to the vehicle needs to be reflected on the invoice.

I am very sorry to hear of your poor experience here at the shop on your last visit. Please give me a call and we will arrange to rotate your tires on the truck. I will bring it up with the guys on the counter and make corrective actions to make sure it is recorded in the future. Again, sorry for the poor service.
