Well, as soon as I walked in the office, it smelled old and of poop. That is the only and best way to describe it. i was told my appointment would be two hours. I was there for four. The women working the front counter was a saint; between hormonal women and the ones that couldn't understand why they had to wait just like everyone else, she always answered them politely and respectfully. Even when they didn't deserve it. And I heard her respond that way for four hours! The ultra sound tech, that I found out about three hours into it was also the new manager, was beyond rude. I was already beating myself up and feeling horrible for being there and I had a few questions. She talked to me as if I was stupid for knowing nothing about the abortion pill. I'm sorry, this is not what I do for a living. I don't care how busy you are. I waited almost an hour and a half to even get called back, I expect that one of the "professionals" would take the time to answer my questions. I mentioned it to another women there, who was also very friendly, and she said she was newly made manager and that she just doesn't handle stress very well. And it was just because of how busy they were. I don't care!!! I heard her, for the four hours I was there, be little three different co workers, then turn around and open the door to call back another patient with a smile on her face.
When I used the restroom in the back, there was no soap nor any soap dispenser. Disgusting.
Again, I realize it was my own actions that brought me to that building in the first place, but it was honestly one of the most horrible experiences of my life.
