As usual, I was greeted very nicely and acutally made eye contact with Julia, but that of course is a constant with Dr. Frank's staff.
Julia explained a "team member" had "semi" retired and introduced me to a new employee who promptly took me back to the examining room. Within minutes, Dr. Frank came in with his smile.
Very very few doctor's office staff greet you and most don't greet you with a smile. Thenyou take a seat and the wait time in a lot of offices is 15 - 60+/- minutes BEFORE you are even called back to a room where you sit, and sit, and still wait.
