The number one goal of our office is to make our patients feel comfortable the minute they walk in the door. We are aware that many people do not like going to the dentist or are very fearful of being in the dental chair. We always keep this in mind while working on patients and try our best to make our patients feel as comfortable as possible. I am a new patient to Frankfort Smiles. I experienced a cracked filling and left a voice mail on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment as the office was closed when I called. They called me back as soon as the office was opened and scheduled my appointment for Thurs. When I arrived everyone at the office was friendly, professional, and considerate. I was called into my appointment on time. Dr. Zoladz shared her background with me. After her examination she explained what she determined needed to be done and what to expect. She spent a considerable amount of time making sure the filling felt comfortable - this seemed very important to her. The work that was done was excellent and I am very pleased. I will be back in 2-3 months for a check-up and a cleaning.

Like everyone - I don't look forward to going to the dentist, however, I can truly say that my first visit to Frankfort Smiles Dental was a pleasant one. The staff was courteous and the hygienist was attentive and thorough and Dr. Zoladz was the same. I have already booked my next appointment.
