I love the ease of setting my own appointment on the web. However, you may want to address the rescheduling feature. When I first set an appointment, it charges me. When I need to reschedule it, it says that it will use the credit of cancelling for the new appointment, but it doesn't. I have had to do this multiple times and it just charges me every time for a new appointment. Building up a credit on my account. So in order to use that credit I now have to set my appointments on the phone or in person.
I still love it, this feature just needs to be fixed.
