I have been trying to get a recall on my car completed since June of 2013. you did 1/2 the job and told me you would call when the other part came in. I waited 2 months then went by there to find out what the deal is. No one knew, they checked to see if they had the part. They didn't, they said they would call me. So 2 months later no call. I go by the shop once again. No one knows anything. It is still not fixed. So now I have a problem with my windows. I go in on Friday to make a appointment for Monday. I go in Monday morning the service man I dealt with on Friday did not remember me had to leave the car. Was told they would diagnose the problem, an let me know in about 4 hours. I called about 1:30pm they said they would have to order the part. I said ok you can order the other part for the recall to and fix them at the same time. He said ok, I asked when they would let me know when the part would be in. He said he would call me in a little bit. That was at about 3:45pm. So after all this typing I hope it does not fall on deaf ears. CHARLES RAMAY
