Very professional, knowledgable, came quickly to help, answered all my questions, and every staff person was responsive and helpful. Had state of the art furnace installed within a few days of old one dying, minor corrections made right away after calling them, cannot recommend too highly.

We recently had a heating emergency (very low temperature in our house) that our alarm company notified us about, as we were off Island.

Fullin and Bettencourt Plumbing and Heating were immediately responsive to this emergency situation, and attended to the problem within hours! Communication was excellent, keeping us updated on the issue and ultimate repair they completed, which was performed expertly and expeditiously! We have had other companies in the past, but this example shows that switching to them several years ago was the right decision. Try them, you won't go wrong with using them!
