I have been coming to your shop for a year now. I am very happy with my hair color that I get each time.
But lately when I go for color the gal is working on two of us at a time. This makes her hurry to get my color on and hurry to get me shampooed and blow dry. It didn't happen before, just the last two times I have gone to get
a service. I understand that time is wasted while the color processes but I guess the problem is that I feel like the gal is hurrying to get everything done. It does not make for a relaxing time for me as a client…..

My facial was great but the building I was not impressed with. The garbage can in the bathroom was broke and the facial room was super small and the lights were broke so the lights were on bright theoughout the facial. The girl apologized and offered to move rooms after I was undressed under the sheets so I declined. She was really good but the building needs to be fixed up. Ahwatukee location is much nicer!

Bailey gives the Best Massage! She knows how to work out the knots. She is very nice, makes you feel relaxed. Front desk staff are always smiling and very nice. Pam does s great haircut. You should try this fantastic place

Karla was excellent
Too expensive though for a root only dye, highlights and cut.
I like to tip 20 percent and do not want to take it out on Karla by not tipping 20 percent but $329.00 after tip is ridiculous.
I am not sure I can afford to keep coming and it is too bad cause I love Karla.

I love Bonnie! I love Madison Ave too but Bonnie is amazing! She always does such a great job on my cut and color! I have very difficult hair...natural curl, cowlicks, weird hairline...but she is able to work with it. I cannot tell you how many times I get complimented on my hair! The front desk staff is always pleasant and the space is beautiful. I highly recommend!
