Excellent dental services, great touch with pediatric patients, good involvement of the parent - all wonderful. However, time is critical to dentist and office, patients, but also to patients' parents. Yet still my child was not seen until over 30 minutes past appointment time. Last visit was a wait of over an hour. That sours the entire experience, when it is repetitive from one visit to the next. Suggest booking fewer appointments to remain on schedule. My adult dentist, my PCP, etc., all see me on time - a critical competency that always drives who I choose as my provider. I would expect the same from a pediatric dentist, with oral surgery or other unavoidable exceptions.
Without this, I consider this practice 5+ stars. With this consideration, it is closer to a 1, and would not recommend for folks that expect their scheduled commitments to be honored with only rare exceptions. Not how I run my business, and feel slighted and disappointed when this is chronic with a service provider that believes it is alright to charge a fee when a patient does not show up, but apparently thinks it's just fine to keep patients wait for as long as convenient for the office. Suggest you take note as you did not the last time I pointed this out, and actually change your practice to respect the time commitments of your paying customers.

Saturdays are very busy. This particular Saturday several patients arrived late, putting us further behind. Also note the nature of a pediatric office and the way of scheduling is different than general dentists and other dental specialists. Gentle and caring dentistry requires that we do not rush our appointments and that we are available to answer all the questions parents may have. We do apologize and will try our hardest to accomodate you in a timely manner.
