The eye Institute is made up of excellent staff and Dr. without question as they all go above and beyond the average daily business services, by supplying their customers with respect decency and the ultimate execution of medical care I have experienced throughout my lifetime and would highly recommend no other than Dr. ZDENEK!

Dr. Zdenek is fine. He's quick, polite, efficient, albeit inconsistent. His staff, well receptionist aren't as pleasant, also inconsistent. Dark haired girl with an accusatory edge, greeted me, asking why I had scheduled an appointment, as according to her, I had been there in last couple months. I hadn't. She curtly apologized. My insurance wasn't covered. She quoted me incorrectly. I was being seen for Lasik consultation, as Zdenek recommended (during COVID a yr ago). But, not mentioned this exam. Maybe business is doing well again...Also, I had changed phone numbers a couple yrs ago, had seen him in past yr, at least, had filled out a form with new number. They had staff call and confirm appointment by finding my spouse's phone number, who wasn't on file with them. They could've contacted me by email. So, guess I'll take my business to a provider that does like my insurance. I like the guy, his staff, well, not the girl with the edge who informed my ins carrier doesn't cover his exam.
