David Harmon and his Team (Matt and John) really go out of their way to accommodate your schedule and needs. They were able to provide me a loaner car and performed my repairs while I was at work. The Team explained all of my options and outlined what was needed and what wasn't. In addition, by purchasing the Loyality Customer Care Card I was able to save hundreds on my repairs, oil change and tire rotation - and will continue to save on future repairs with G&C Tire and Auto.

Totally happy with G&C. I originally found them by buying a coupon to get my daughters oil changed on her car. I ended up doing that and getting tires on my Jeep. I find the staff to be honest, patient and interested in serving customers. The manager John spent time explaining things to me and even did research for tires on my care and sent me email results after business hours. John is a great help and seems to go above and beyond without being pushy. This place is off the beaten path and I would not have found if not for the coupon offer via amazon. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. The give price quotes for any work they are doing, so no huge surprises, they start and finish work on time (love that). I will definitely be going back for some follow up work.
Great job G & C. One of the things I like about you guys are you treat the customer right with price and explanations. I hope you don't change your posture on this.

I really enjoy the staff at Manassas location. They are professional and knowledgeable about cars....One thing I would suggest is to purchase a Keurig for John.

Excellent service. They did go out of their way to diagnose and repair my vehicle. The waiting area is not bad either. Take your car here, they are more realistic than many other auto places in the area.

It's not getting a rejected sticker that hurts it's being lied to. I took my truck to 2 other places and both diagnosed ONLY the driver side ball joints were bad along with the rack and pinion. Not both sides as your mechanic suggested. Both their repairs are around a thousand dollars not $1,700. Needless to say I will not be back and please loose my e-mail address

Waiting rooms can be cramped, cold and impersonal. At G & C, you have coffee, sodas, snacks, personal computers, cable TV, toys, magazines and golf putting all available. Most importantly, the front office personnel keep you "in the loop" throughout the process. You are never ignored or forgotten. I also stole one of G & C's "This pen has been stolen" pens. I use it daily.
