I have been going to this dentist for a little over a year, in that time I've had three appointments. My first one was fine, seen right on time and got my cleaning done. The second time though, it was horrendous. I waited for a literal HOUR before being seen. I went up to the front desk person twice and asked how much longer and she says just 5 minutes each time. I waited because I was already there and had requested to leave work early for this appointment. I was seen and the hygienist acted as if nothing was the matter. Cleaning was done and I made my appointment for my next cleaning. This appointment was for Tuesday, July 15 at 10:45 am. I figured during the week and in the morning, it'll be quick. Dead wrong. I got there at 10:30 just because I was taught to be somewhere early when you have an appointment. There was one person waiting to see the dentist and a lady waiting for her husband. No one was waiting before me to see the hygienist. I waited 30 minutes, by that time I said to myself, I am not waiting another hour here when I purposely made an appointment and have other things to do. Then 30 more minutes, no one even bothered to see how I was doing. I was beyond livid so I went up to the front desk, told the lady I was leaving after having just waited another hour and all she did was look at the clock as if to check if I was lying and goes, "Ok". No concern or apology. I also have not received any phone call apologizing for this. I would never recommend anyone going here unless they continuously want to wait more than an hour even though they have an appointment.
We sincerely apologize for the wait time. Although there are times when unforeseen circumstances can occur and treatment can extend longer than anticipated. Usually making appointments earlier in the day can help avoid these wait times. Again, we apologize for your wait.
