Incredible, outstanding professional and caring customer service! Genesis is definitely concerned about customer satisfaction. If treatment is slightly off or uneven, they definitely fix it with little or no cost depending on the circumstances. Genesis has changed my life in slowing down the appearance of aging. My husband just told me the other day my skin looks more beautiful, radiant than ever. He says I look like I'm in my 30s instead of my 50s. Wrinkles have disappeared I look so much more youthful. I hadn't see my sister for 2 years and when I arrived at the airport she was astounded how fresh and youthful I looked. I even have fooled folks at work, they think I'm 15 years younger than I look. I love the Genesis doctors (Dr. Jenks & Dr. Bode) and staff in they make you feel so important, they are so friendly and caring. They make you feel so comfortable, like family. They stay on top of the latest techniques too. With the amazing results I have had in the 2 years that I have been seeing them I will always be a dedicated customer. Ms. H.
