We would encourage anyone to come in to let us address your concern and make sure that everyone has a positive experience and understands their treatment. Occasionaly an insurance company will overpay us, and if they request a refund we will comply. If a patient overpays, we will refund that as well. Our "techs" are highly trained surgical dental implant assistants. Please come in or call us to address your concerns.
