When the dentist is running late, it would be nice if someone let me know in the waiting area. Also, when one is not seeing the dentist she is scheduled with (I had no idea Dr. "J" had left and I would be seeing a new dentist), it would be polite for the front desk to advise me beforehand. Once I got in the chair, everyone was very polite and the check-out procedure went smoothly.
Today I received a phone message from one of your "solicitors" asking if my husband, Donald, would like to schedule an appt. since he had not been seen since 2004. I did not have the heart to phone your office and remind you that he was deceased in Feb. of 2005! I'm positive that I gave that info to someone in 2005 and its amazing that his file has been kept nearly 8 years since his death!
