I always go to see Dr Albernathy whenever I have something "big" going on. This week I travelled in from Fayette County because my older dog, Max, is having issues with his hips. Years ago we went on a plan with Max to avoid hip surgery (he really wasn't a good candidate as both hips and elbows are bad), using pharma intervention for pain. Noticed that he was acting a bit depressed and not moving as fast as normal. They fit me right in the walk in schedule. We tried a different med and day 2 he is a new guy. Still "creaky" but happy, running, joining the other dogs! I love Germantown Animal Hospital, particularly Dr. Albernathy! He is the best version of a veterinarian, common sense and years of experience, always does what is right for your pet and your pocket book. (My husband loves him too!)
