As a woman alone who has had to deal with being taken for a ride financially by mechanics, at first my attitude was not good. After Mike explained everything to me, I changed my attitude and felt better about things. Mike also handled things a little differently when he saw where I was coming from. He is very good with people. I also enjoyed Justin who is very interesting to talk to and he also did his best in handling me. I can be difficult at times and felt very good about things by the time I left there. Thank You!
