I was the person who talked to you about your vehicle. I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience here at GIC Car Clinic. I always take the time to make every customer's experience is a great experience. I went out to your vehicle and it did not start for me. I advised you about what I experienced and alerted you about the vehicle not starting after two tries. When you did get the vehicle running, I suggested to have your vehicle inspected with your preferred automotive shop. I did not want the vehicle to not start and/or stall while the smog inspection was being performed. I didn't give you prices for any diagnostics or repairs and you were not charged for anything. I did not try to upsell you anything. I'm glad that your car is still running fine. I appreciate your review as we always strive to improve our customer service.
