Went in for a cleaning, had a couple sensitive teeth- that they couldn't even use the water on without me coming out of the chair at full speed because of the pain - one tooth is possibly one that he did a root canal on and a crown less than 3 months before. Let me walk out the door in that much pain....of course unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. I'm sick of dentists trying to up sell and overcharge after insurance pays.

I am not sure where the misunderstanding came in, but the price we quoted you on that day was for the tooth on the lower left. The tooth we previously treated in our office was on the lower right. The tooth on the lower left had previously had a root canal so we gave you the referral Dr. Asrari. Dr. Roberts refers all root canal retreatments to a specialists for the best possible results. We are sorry that you felt this was a way for us to try and up sell or overchange you as that was never our intention. Dental insurance is not always easy to understand as there is always an out of pocket cost to the patient unless it's for a preventative appointment such as a check up and cleaning.

The office was new, nicely furnished and decorated. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I asked about making payments and the office manager took me aside and showed and explained to me an agreement to make payments each month. I did not feel embarrassed as she talked to me. Now the Dentist Dr. Roberts! He was amazing how he worked on me. He uses just the most modern equipment in dentistry. I had a root canal and crown made and it took only 3 hours and much of that time was spent waiting for different segments to be completed such as the autoclave to finish baking the porcelain and cooling down. I was comfortable the whole time and they brought magazines for me to read. The job he did was really good! The price was reasonable and the job out standing.
My husband and I both see Dr. Roberts. From April at the front desk, to Shauna as our hygienist, we love this office! Dr. Roberts is both honest and caring and gentle!! A real plus for a chicken like myself. What a great group of people and we are very grateful we started with them years ago!!
I had to have a new crown and a partial crown done and although that is not the most fun thing to get done, Dr Roberts and his staff couldn't have made it any easier. Plus they have the ability to make the crown in-house so I got it all done in one visit.
Procedures were explained by the oral surgeon personally; approval and estimated co-pay was obtained from dental insurer well in advance of the procedure; only difficulty was that I had to go to 3 pharmacies to find one that had the pain medication prescribed.
