Everyone from the front office staff, technician and vet couldn't have been more compassionate, professional and helpful. Unfortunately my first appointment was the result of an emergency and the staff did everything they could to reassure me that pokey would be fine. I will always be grateful for the care they gave pokey and me yesterday.

Had never met Dr Cotthaus. My wife and I thought he was super fantastic. Totally on top of the issue, answered questions clearly, was patient and didn’t rush us, and was friendly and funny too! Carly is already much, much better in 24 hours.
