Vehicle was towed in on a Wednesday morning but was not looked at until Thursday. Service contacted me Thursday afternoon to inform me they believed it was electrical but more checking was required. I was notified Friday morning they found the cause of rough idle and blinking CEL provided me a price for repair and they would contact me when ready. Called back at 4:00pm and told me vehicle was ready to be picked up. Vehicle is running normally now and problem found was the internal engine wiring being "chewed-up" by rodents.

I made an online appointment and got a response that it was received. However, I never got a follow-up confirmation as it stated. When I called to confirm myself, I was told that they don't accept appointments for Saturday. Why then did the online system let me set it or did someone not call respond with that information? When I did bring my vehicle in I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and indicated that my tires were low. When I got my vehicle back the low tire indicated was still on for the same tire. I questioned the service desk and they said I needed to drive the truck in order for it to be recalibrated. I did and the low tire moved indicating they did performed the tire rotation, but failed to inflate the tires. Isn't checking tire pressure part of the general inspection. If the tire pressure wasn't checked, when I specifically said it was low - what else wasn't checked. I have not had the greatest experiences with this dealership with my initial purchase or subsequent service. I decided to give them another chance since I like to support local businesses and it is convenient (close by). But now I have to ask myself why? Each time I have had a bad experience of some sort. I let them know and then the next time it is something else. At this point I am not sure if I will return, which is sad because they are close to me. The people are nice, but the service in my opinion needs improvement or at least some form of quality control.

I asked the gentleman men if he could have it done within the hour had to to pick my daughter up he said no problem and had it done faster great service he even had it sitting out front for me so I could pay and get right in.

Absolutely horrible ... I love the people they are nice but my car has been taken to service 2 times and it is STILL not fixed. I was told they ordered a part , I picked my car up after having to get another rental provided by jeep, but my car made the same noise. I'm thinking about trading it in already and I just got it :(. The people are really really nice but the time frame and my car getting fixed and how incinveinient this is , is upsetting.

They took me in without an appointment and I was able to get required maintenance done, and they told me of impending work that needed to be done soon without pressure to get done now. This is a good way to keep my business.

The issue with my vehicle is not resolved! I feel the service rider and the technicians are frustrated with the citation but imagine how I am feeling?! I once in for all want someone to take the next step, cause this is a LEMON CAR.
