All of the staff (desk, techs, vets) are friendly, but everything is expensive and payment options are slim. It seems like only after you've spent thousands of dollars that you don't have, that's when you're offered a payment plan option - this should be standard for everyone. Friends have recommended other places that charge less and have better payment options, and I'm considering checking out the competition. As much as I like the people who work with my pets, I still need to be able to pay bills and feed myself. If there were better payment options available right away to everyone, and if they made a stronger effort to minimize the expenses to necessities, I would give a better rating and would be more likely to make a recommendation.

You are correct, we do not offer personal payment plan options, but we discuss treatment plans before doing any services. We are sorry for an inconveince we may have caused during your appointment.
