As always, Dr. Hernadez was careful and precise in analyzing and treating our cat, who had a urinary infection. Dr. Hernandez’ patience and clarity in discussing our cat’s condition and treatment are both remarkable and exemplary.

We're already frustrated with the hot spots Brett is going thru and they are doing their best I'm sure, but to add to that frustration when they RE SHAVED his tail spot he was nicked somehow and he has been SO uncomfortable ALL last night and this morning we got very little sleep! Why it wasn't shaved better two weeks ago when he first got them? He WAS fine and not bothered by it until yesterday now he's back to square one in healing and especially in his comfort level. WE ARE NOT HAPPY about that part of the treatment!
