About
Michael Bernal began as a manager and technician for a franchise 11 years ago. After 3 years another shop owner opened a location and Michael was also managing and performing technical duties there as well. Never leaving behind the first owner or his clients, he consulted and assisted managing the first location on a daily basis.
At his second facility he acquired the entire city of Duluth police department vehicle maintenance and repair business. Providing them with a much quicker turn around on their vehicles then they were receiving from the dealerships. He also made it more affordable, but never sacrificing quality especially since these vehicles were constantly operating and at times under extreme stress. By being able to save the city money in this sector, they were able to purchase better and more technological advanced equipment.
Throughout these 11 years he also earned 12 awards for outstanding customer service satisfaction, installer achievement award from a manufacturer and a distinguished hero award for assisting a family of a service member in need during the middle east conflict.
Now Michael has been able to purchase his own facility from the franchise owner in which he first represented for 11 years and createdGlobal Auto Solutions.
